As a Member Relationship Specialist I, you'll be responsible for handling consumer lending requests, opening new accounts, and processing card-related requests. You'll also be building relationships with clients and ensuring they receive the highest level of service possible. Your mission will be to help our members meet their financial goals and needs make a real difference in their lives.

Your Spark:
- Post-secondary education. Grade 12 or equivalent may be considered.
- 1-3 years of experience in a financial institution or an equivalent combination of education and experience.  
- Working knowledge and thorough understanding of legislative requirements associated with deposit account opening and lending.
- Previous work-related experience in a credit union is an asset.
- Proven success working within a sales and service, and goal-oriented environment.
