Brandt is currently seeking a Payroll Administrator for our Regina location. This position will focus on payroll administration across Canada and the United States.
Duties and Responsibilities
*Full cycle payroll administration for salaried or hourly employees in various jurisdictions
*Ensuring Brandt policies and procedures are being followed
*Communicating with managers and employees on a regular basis
*Maintaining employee personnel files
*Management of employee data in HRIS
Required Skills:
*Strong numerical aptitude, attention to detail and organizational skills
*Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
*Ability to work within tight deadlines
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills
*Bilingual in English & French is considered an asset
Required Experience:
*Experience with UKG preferred but not required
*Minimum two years of full cycle payroll experience required
*Knowledge of Canadian and American labour standards
