S3 Group Ltd. is currently recruiting for an Inside Sales Representative to join our S3 PowerPin team at our office in Fort Qu'Appelle, SK. Working remotely will be considered for the right candidate. This is a full-time position starting immediately and offering a competitive pay and full benefits.
The ideal candidate will work directly with customers for inquiries, sales, service, and warranty trouble shoot technical problems with customers and provide support to the team, including data entry, report generation, and expense tracking. There is also an expectation for some travel to attend trade shows, industry conferences, and meet with current & potential customers.
Job Overview:
Plan, organize, prioritize and execute Sales activities
including generating list of known customers and potential
customer
Answer and address customer service calls
Generate, track and follow up on Sales Quotes
Enter Sales Order Entries, Credit Memos, and RMA's
Develop customer Delivery Schedules
Enter, track and follow-up on Customer Non Conformances
Receive calls pertaining to parts, service, warranty, and
customer inquiries and/or complaints
Speak, listen and write in a clear and timely manner using
appropriate and effective communication tools and techniques
Evaluate, Develop and communicate Sales policies and
procedures
Attend trade shows and industry conferences as requested
Attend Production Meetings
Experience and Qualifications:
Minimum of 1- 2 year in Sales and Customer Service and a Grade
12 Diploma
Possess valid Driver's License and clean driver records
Experience with Sales and Customer Service
Agricultural background is preferred
Detail oriented and proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
Excellent organization skills and the ability to communicate
effectively with customers
