Description

Primary Responsibilities:

Online Courses and Saskatchewan Curriculum Delivery:
     * Oversee the delivery of online courses by teaching staff, ensuring they meet the standards of the centralized course content processes and Saskatchewan curriculum.
     * Collaborate with educators to adapt and implement engaging, effective, and accessible online learning resources.
     * Monitor student progress in online courses with Online Teachers and Student      
     * Support Teachers and contribute to the adjustment of strategies to enhance educational outcomes.

Teacher Supervision:
     * Supervise and support teaching staff to maintain high instructional standards.
     * Conduct scheduled performance or appraisal reviews and provide ongoing feedback to educators.
     * Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement through mentorship and guidance.

Educational Assistant and Online Learning Facilitator Supervision:
     * Manage the daily operations and supervision of Online Educational Assistants and Online Learning Facilitators by following the established schedule for remote and in-person meetings.
     * Ensure that staff are effectively supporting student learning and contributing to a positive and safe school environment.
     * Promote professional growth through training, workshops, and performance evaluations.

Professional Development:
     * Organize and promote ongoing professional development opportunities for staff.
     * Ensure all staff members are familiar with and equipped to implement contemporary educational strategies, technologies, and best practices in online learning.
     * Foster a culture of life-long learning and professional growth through the completion and annual review of Professional Growth Plans.
