Groveco Site Management is property maintenance company based in Regina, SK. We provide services to the community including groundskeeping, snow removal, property inspection, and waste disposal. Our goal is to create strong client relationships by delivering our services with competency and consistency.

We are seeking a full-time seasonal landscape labourer. There is potential for extension into permanent employment. Primary duties are related to safe and efficient lawn care including mowing and trimming, fertilizing, irrigating, weeding, pruning, and site cleanup.

Day-to-Day Stuff
- Trim and clean edges around walkways, flower beds, and walls.
- Plant new decorative bushes, flowers, plants and shrubs.
- Remove weeds and dead plants and add mulch to beds.
- Trim overgrown limbs, hedges, and leaves.
- Operate power equipment such as ride-on mowers and sweepers.
- Repetitive tasks.

Characteristics Needed to Succeed
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Valid class 5 drivers license.
- Experience in landscaping is considered an asset.
- Ability to work in a under pressure in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Physical ability to perform physical work for expended periods.
- Multi-tasking skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Criminal record check with vulnerable sector search is required.
