We are looking for a full-time administrative assistant. You will work alongside the Office Manager to complete a variety of tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls, take messages, calls to clients and adjusters, etc.
- Using computer applications such as quickbooks, outlook, word and excel for basic bookkeeping and other data entry
- Printing, copying, filing and record keeping
- Maintaining inventory of office supplies, ordering and purchasing as required.
- Running errands as needed (getting mail, etc)
- Other administrative tasks as assigned.

Compensation:
- To be negotiated, dependent on experience
