Description

In this role, you will:
-Assist in Operating raisebore/longhole drills and all associated equipment
-Assist in the moving, set-up, teardown, and placements of raisebore/longhole drilling equipment and drills
-Assist in the installation and removal of bits and reamers.
  
Required:
-Minimum Grade 12 education or equivalent
-Previous work as a drillers helper in a mining environment
-Minimum of 2 years underground work experience
-Strong organizational, problem solving and communication skills
-Rotating day shift/night shift schedule

Recommended:
-Experience in longhole drilling and blasting
-Experience with longhole or raisebore drills
-Ability to operate small pieces of equipment (skid steer)
