Description

The Town of Nipawin Leisure Services Department is now hiring five(5) student labourers for the 2025 summer season.

The student labourer will perform duties in the following areas:
-Assist in general maintenance of parks, cemetaries and buildings
-Street and Road Maintenance
-Turf Maintenance
-Weed whacking, pruning shrubs and trimming trees
-other duties as assigned by the Foreman.

These positions are open to curent post-secondary students who are registered to return to school in the fall.

Work days are Monday to Friday 7:00am - 4:00pm

The successfull candidates must have a class 5 license and wear "CSA" approved footwear at all times and will be the responsibility of the employee to purchase.

An RCMP Record Check will be required prior to commencement of employment

Cell phone use is not permitted at any time and must remain off for the duration of the workday.
