Description

W.F. Botkin is currently seeking a permanent, full-time service truck Mechanic. This position is responsible for operation of the service truck and performing various related tasks, including physical labor and maintenance.  Some travel may be required.

Required Skills:
        Journeyman Certificate
    Ability to complete equipment checklists.
    Ability to problem solve in the field.
    Ability to work independently and with others.
    Ability to operate various pieces of heavy equipment, , hoists, and other handling machinery.
    Utilization of various equipment as needed.
    
    Adhere to workplace safety policies and regulations.
    Other duties as required.

Required Experience:
    Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Heavy Duty Mechanics.
    Experience in routine equipment maintenance.
    Flexibility and strong interpersonal skills.
    Effective verbal and written communication.
    Ability to work under pressure with attention to detail.
    Valid drivers license.
    Ability to work shift work. 10 days on 4 days off. Typical shift is Monday to Friday but out crews work on shifts. Some travel may be involved
    Excellent time management skills.
