We are currently hiring permanent and temporary staff to work in our taproom
Establish in 2014, Nokomis Craft Ales is a small brewery situated in the rural farming community of Nokomis, SK. Making flavourful beers from Saskatchewan barley and highlighting the exceptional quality and unique character of locally grown food are the driving forces behind the business.
Our taproom is a small and bustling space with a large, seasonal outdoor area that attracts both locals and visitors from all over the world. The taproom set-up is counter service with a draft system and limited selection of food, snacks and beverages as well as offsale. Taproom staff responsibilities include opening and closing activities, welcoming and orienting customers to the space and menu, cultivating knowledge about craft beer and beer styles, serving food and beverages and helping out with pop-up food and live music events.
You need to be quick on your feet and have a polite and friendly attitude. Your ultimate goal will be to provide high-quality service that will help us maintain and attract customers.

Responsibilities include:
-Opening and closing duties and preparations
-Greet/welcome customers with a polite and friendly attitude
-Orient customers to the space and providing information about the beer, the business and the community, with the ability to answer questions and make recommendations
-Serve food and alcohol with adherence to the rules and regulations of serving food and alcohol
-Use point of sale terminal to ring in orders and receive payment
-Work independently as well as collaboratively
-Restocking and rotating stock, ensure a clean and tidy environment
