About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to provide assistance to the Director of Education and the PSSSP Coordinator. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of clerical and administrative duties to ensure efficient office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Answer and direct phone calls and emails in a professional manner
* Maintain and organize files, records, and documents
* Assist with data entry, word processing, and other office tasks
* Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed
* Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments
* Provide customer service and front-desk support
* Perform other administrative duties as required
Qualifications & Skills:
*High school diploma or equivalent (education or training in
administration is an asset)
* Previous experience in an administrative role preferred
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to work independently and handle confidential information
with discretion
* Flexible availability for on-call or short-term assignments
