The Human Resources & Payroll Administrator supports the work of the human resources and payroll functions and is responsible for processing and administering Board remuneration and casual payroll.
What will make you successful:
Diploma in Business Administration, or related discipline, with a preference for a specialty in Human Resource Management and/or Payroll Administration.
Minimum 3 years experience providing administrative support to human resources and/or payroll departments in a large and fast paced business environment.
Payroll Compliance Practitioner (PCP) designation an asset.
Excellent working knowledge of human resource functions and payroll systems.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Ability to establish effective working relationships with all levels of staff in the organization.
Ability to independently initiate and organize projects to achieve efficiencies.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and effectively manage high volumes of work.
Ability to always deal with people sensitively and professionally.
Effective time management skills with the ability to prioritize work.
Demonstrated attention to detail and ensures accuracy of own work.
Proficient in the operation of computers, HR software, Microsoft Office suite and other web-based applications.
Ability to manage confidential material and maintain staff and student privacy.
What you can expect:
Hourly rate range: $31.82 - $37.22.

Hours of work are 3.75 hours per from 8:00 a.m. to 11:45 a.m.
