Description

**WE COVER TRANSPORTATION (to-and-from site, but ONLY out of Saskatoon or Prince Albert), MEALS, & ACCOMMODATION AT SITE.

**THE POSITION IS LOCATED AT THE FORAN MINE SITE OPERATION, 85 km west of Flin Flon, MB.

This role is responsible for the daily administrative functions of the site, with a heavy emphasis on reservations. The ideal candidate will have lodge administrator or hotel experience, especially with hotel reservation management systems.

Job duties include:
- Coordinates, verifies, & administers changes; completes room changes & man-days in a timely and accurate fashion.
- Manages all daily site department administrative work on site.
- Completes all billing & invoicing information accurately for approval of Division Manager. Ensure that all billing information is accurate & sent to Head Office for review and approval.
- Create billing from client flight manifest & schedules.
- Verifies financial processes, including daily cash outs, daily reconciliations of debit machine receipts. Ensures cash outs are accurate & submitted to Head Office on time.
- Provide training & coverage for Housing Managers when required.
- Other duties as required.

Qualifications:
- REQUIRES experience working in lodge or hotel settings, with an emphasis on reservations; or direct housekeeping experience combined with strong computer skills.
- 3 years of related experience with automated man-days/room allocation and/or payroll systems.
- Good knowledge of man-days and payroll terminology & practices, applicable federal & provincial laws, industry regulations, OH&S and union agreements.
- Strong verbal, written, & interpersonal skills.
- Teamwork & team management skills.
- A suitable combination of education, training, & experience may be considered.

This position REQUIRES:
- Shift work, with 2 weeks in-and-out work rotations.
- A valid class 5 Drivers License with a satisfactory driving record.
