The Weyburn Early Learning Centre Co-operative(WELCC) is seeking a passionate and experienced leader to join our team as Executive Director. This role oversees daily operations, program development, financial management, and staff leadership to ensure high-quality early learning experiences for children and families.
Qualifications:
    Bachelors Degree in any field but having proven record of communication, grant writing, research experience and leading team of  diverse educators and various aged children.
    ECE certification preferred.
    3+ years of leadership experience, preferably in a childcare or non-profit setting.
    Strong organizational, financial, and communication skills.
