Lake Country Co-op invites applications for the position of Full Time C-Store/Gas Bar Supervisor at our C-Store and Gas Bar location in Air Ronge, Saskatchewan.

Reporting to the Air Ronge C-Store Team Leader, responsibilities for this position will include:
Demonstrate the behaviors and actions to support Lake Country Co-operatives vision, mission, values, and safety principles to make a difference in members lives, with a strong customer focused approach
Provide Legendary service at all touch points through various communication channels
Complete all necessary daily reports including daily cash up and cash reconciliation, JDE batch posting, pump reports, lottery diligence, other reconciliations and bank deposits
Operate electronic point of sale and other electronic devices to process sales and payments
Order, receive, and price merchandise; be responsible for performing regular store inventory checks, ensuring invoices are coded and claims are prepared and completed
Maintain a safe and efficient area while adhering to company policies and procedures
Have familiarity with all store operations including CStore, Gas Bar, Cardlock, and Post Office and supervise the operational team in their daily duties, as assigned
Maintain a clean and well merchandised area including but not limited to dusting displays, washing shelves, sweeping, mopping, sanitizing, and performing exterior cleaning as needed
Provide training to gas bar clerks for store duties and opening and closing procedures
Be familiar with and adhere to Lake Country Co-op policies including selling of age restricted items and all government regulations relating to food safety, tobacco, and lottery
Support and follow the Asset Protection and Safety Management systems, policies, procedures and train gas bar clerks accordingly
Perform other duties as assigned
