Description

The Pallet Maker ensures the pallet machine operates efficiently, troubleshooting and repairing minor maintenance issues. They use their knowledge to improve equipment performance.

This is a 40-hour per week position; weekend work may be required.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Respond quickly to repair equipment and minimize downtime.
Work with Production Supervision to improve quality and safety.
Improve the preventative maintenance system.
Perform PM activities on the pallet machine.
Maintain an inventory of spare parts.
Maintain safety guards on equipment.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:
Ability to read, write, and speak English.
Own transportation to and from work.

Physical Demands:
Regularly required to talk or listen.
Stand, walk, use hands, reach, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb, or crawl.
Lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
Wear a respirator and other safety equipment.

Work Environment:
Manufacturing setting with varying temperatures.
Adapt to moderate to heavy noise levels.
Hands-on engagement with employees, leaders, and internal teams.
