The Quality Control Technician must be detail-oriented, have high-quality expectations, and be comfortable with manual labor. They must work well in a team, take pride in their work, and follow directions.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Perform daily audits of finished and in-process goods.
Conduct visual and touch point inspections.
Perform first/middle/last quality checks on production products.
Standardize and improve processes through investigation and analysis.
Support process simulation and bottleneck analysis.
Provide solutions for process capability improvements.
Maintain documents and records.
Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
Additional duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
1 to 3 years of relevant work experience (preferred).
Previous manufacturing or comparative experience (preferred).
Lab and Quality Control experience a plus.
Detail-oriented with high-quality expectations.
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Conflict resolution skills.
Physical Demands:
Regularly required to talk, hear, use hands, reach, stand, walk, twist, stoop, kneel, and crouch.
Must lift/move products up to 50 pounds.
Capable of wearing a respirator and other PPE.
Specific vision abilities required.
Work Environment:
Manufacturing environment with varying temperatures.
Adapt to moderate to heavy noise levels.
Use of standard office equipment.
