Role: Utilize your mechanical expertise to ensure Delta Construction and partner fleets remain operational on customer jobsites. Work independently at local and remote sites.
Responsibilities:
- Perform preventative maintenance on fleet vehicles.
- Conduct oil changes, lubrication, tire replacements, hose repairs, and battery replacements.
- Diagnose and repair heavy equipment.
- Troubleshoot fuel, electrical, hydraulic, and propane systems.
- Recondition and replace parts.
- Adhere to safety guidelines and maintain a clean work area.
- Produce service reports and repair logs.
- Follow company procedures and protocols.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.

- Lift up to 50 lbs.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Red Seal certification in heavy-duty mechanics.
- Understand technical schematics and manuals.
- Own necessary tools.
- Valid Class 5 drivers license; Class 1a is an asset.
- Pass drug screening and safety training.
- Ability to travel and work shifts (2 on 1 off or 2 on 2 off).
