The Consumer Protection Division (CPD) at the Financial and Consumer Affairs Authority (FCAA) is looking for a dynamic, detail-oriented professional to join us as a Client Services Representative.

What is the Opportunity?
As a Client Services Representative, you will play a critical role in providing technical support and business solutions for CPDs systems. You will ensure that our clients receive efficient, high-quality assistance while also working behind the scenes to enhance and optimize internal processes. Your work will directly contribute to the improvement of CPD programs and services through the effective use of technology.

What Will You Do?
Engage with customers via phone or email to provide technical assistance and support.
Develop, review, and maintain client documentation, process manuals, and guides.
Apply project management methodologies to manage multiple priorities.
Identify business needs and collaborate with IT service providers to deliver solutions.
Conduct business requirement gathering and manage business improvement and IT projects.
Review existing processes, propose business process improvements, and implement best practices.
Lead user acceptance testing to ensure system functionality and effectiveness.
Liaise with IT service providers and stakeholders to ensure CPDs IT systems align with business needs.

What Do You Need to Succeed?
Knowledge of:
Database concepts, theories, and principles.
Requirements analysis and solution design techniques.
Computer hardware and system architecture.
Microsoft Dynamics 365 (an asset).
Business improvement and project management.
Education & Experience: A bachelors degree or diploma in business administration, computer science, or a related field, and/or relevant experience.
