The Securities Division at the Financial and Consumer Affairs Authority (FCAA) is seeking a highly motivated, well-organized individual with excellent office skills to join the team as an Enforcement Assistant.
What is the Opportunity?
As an Enforcement Assistant, you will form positive working relationships and act as the FCAAs initial contact with the public, in person, on the phone or by email. Your ability to work independently and communicate effectively will allow you to excel in providing administrative support to the Securities Division.
What Will You Do?
Your exceptional organizational skills and customer service orientation will be called upon to:
Act as the primary receptionist for the FCAA;
Review and enter data into monthly revenue reports;
Review and enter data from complex reports into database systems and complicated Excel spreadsheets;
Accurately transcribe audio recordings in a timely manner
Handle, document and secure evidence;
Provide administrative assistance to meet deadlines and operational requirements
What Do You Need to Succeed?
Previous experience in an office environment will contribute to your success in this challenging role. You will be experienced as an administrative professional with a strong knowledge of, and working experience with, Microsoft Office, Adobe, and data entry systems. This position is required to be in the office during working hours.
