Description

- Regularly inspect the hotel facilities for preventive maintenance.
- This includes guest rooms, meeting room, hallways as well as the stairs.
- Respond quicky to maintenance requests from the front desk and the guests.
- Perform minor repairs such as changing light bulbs, patching holes in walls, basic plumbing and etc...
- This job requires bending, twisting, pilling and in small spaces. It also requires strength to lift and move heavy objects.
- Keep records of maintenance work performed on a daily basis.
- Perform snow removal whenever needed.
