Qualifications:
Technical knowledge of vehicle maintenance and service procedures.
Technical knowledge of vehicle components
1-5 years of service experience. (preferred)
1-5 years of sales experience. (preferred)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-friendly attitude.
Attention to detail
Proficiency in service software systems.
Solid organizational skills with attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
Professional demeanor and polished appearance.
Frequently required to bend, stoop, crouch, and reach
Can lift an excess of 50 lbs
Report directly to the Lead Service Advisor and service manager
