Working knowledge of child development, extending play and applying same for the good of children's development;
Solid organizational skills will be reflected in the presentation of planning, your work space, and general housekeeping in the work environment.
A strong ability to communicate positively and work as a member of a team.
Creativity is highly valued especially if it can be integrated with making tools to add fun and variety to enhance children's learning experiences.
