Job Order Detail

Description

Duties will include, but are not limited to:
Maintenance and upkeep of recreational public areas, including beaches, bathrooms, parking lots, boat launches, and municipal reserves.
Assisting at the Transfer Station.
Grass mowing and trimming (string trimmer use).
Clearing tree branches using small power saws or hedge trimmers as needed.
General maintenance tasks such as fencing repairs, shop cleaning, and vehicle washing.

Key Qualifications:
Strong public relations skills and ability to work well with a team and independently.
Detail-oriented with the ability to complete projects efficiently and to a high standard.
Valid Class 5 Driver's License is considered an asset.
Professional and respectful communication when interacting with ratepayers, including handling complaints appropriately and reporting them to the Public Works Manager.
