You will be great at:
- Driving the full recruitment lifecycleadvertising vacancies, using testing platforms to administer assessments, conducting interviews, and making offersto ensure eHealth attracts top talent.
- Working closely with HR Business Partners (HRBPs) and business leaders to identify short- and long-term talent needs.
- Researching, developing, and building best practices, tools, and initiatives for Talent Acquisition.
