Integral Medical Clinic seeks experienced and highly motivated individuals to assist with reception and office administrative duties. We have a high standard of conduct and professionalism that must be followed to serve our clients best.
The receptionist's duties include:
Making and answering phone calls
Scheduling appointments
Management of multiple doctors' schedules
Faxing, scanning, maintenance of electronic filing and data entry
ACCURO EMR SKILL - A MUST HAVE!

An individual who demonstrates the following attributes is preferable:
Excellent multitasking abilities
Excellent verbal and written skills
Typing skills a minimum of 60wpm
Friendly, polite phone etiquette and compassionate
An excellent personality, positive outlook and a passion for helping people
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of general medical terminology
Ability to function individually (ability to work with minimal supervision) and in a team setting environment
Reliability and punctuality
Excellent time management skills
Strong awareness and understanding of issues of confidentiality
General computer knowledge and skills and proficiency with Word, Excel and Outlook
