The Provincial Association of Transition Houses and Services Saskatchewan (PATHS) seeks an experienced and multi-talented leader for the role of Executive Director. This permanent full-time position will be an opportunity for collaboration, advocacy and real impactful change.
PATHS is the member association for agencies that provide emergency shelter and/or counseling services to survivors of intimate partner violence (IPV) in Saskatchewan. We support our members through research, training and providing opportunities for peer support. We work to create safer communities by working with community agencies and government, and by providing public education on the issue of violence against women.
This is a hybrid role with a salary of $68,000 to $75,000 per year. The selected candidate will work with a small staff team and board of directors to maintain and grow the organization'ss financial health and, in partnership with the Director of Research, will follow the vision and mission of the organization while providing support to the members and their communities. The Executive Director (ED) is responsible for providing leadership alongside the Director of Research. Also providing support and maintaining governance for the board of directors and committees, and for managing and growing PATHS profile and financial health. Working alongside the Director of Research and reporting to the Board of Directors, the ED will maintain existing grant, donor and funding relationships, manage reporting and accounting for all revenue streams and explore new avenues for revenue, and lead the annual audit. The ED will be the primary point of contact for the board, stakeholders, funders, and members, media, and will oversee community events. Additionally, the ED will work to identify opportunities for growth in existing services. The ED will serve as the primary spokesperson for the organization.
