Mihkoskiwakk Nhiyawak Education Authority is seeking a Manager of Human Resources to join our leadership team.
Position:     Manager of Human Resources
Location:    Red Earth Cree Nation, approx. 1 hour east of Nipawin, Saskatchewan
Type:     Full-Time
Education:      Post-secondary degree or certificate in a relevant field such as
Human Resource Management, Business Administration or Commerce or relevant senior management experience with proven competence and skill.
Experience:   A minimum of 3 years experience in Human Resource Management is preferred.

What Youll Do:
    The Manager of Human Resources is responsible for all human resource functions of the Authority.  
    Supports all personnel processes including recruitment, selection and hiring.  
    Ensures that all Authority human resource practices are in keeping with all applicable legislative and regulatory requirements.  
    Prepares and maintains Conditions of Employment documentation.
    Leads human resource management training with senior managers and school-based administration.
    Provides ongoing innovative human resource supports as required.
