Join our team as a Night Float Worker!

In this overnight role, you'll provide essential support to both our participants and team, conducting safety checks of our facilities and working together to ensure everyone's well-being. Youll also play a key role in identifying and reporting any incidents or issues, helping us continuously improve our services.

Duties and Responsibilities

Services
     * Collaborate with and support the residential team.
     * Engage actively with participants.
     * Conduct safety checks and maintain the living spaces.
     * Adapt to supervision needs based on participants' requirements.
     * Provide care for individuals with complex needs.
     * Assist with morning routines and activity planning.
     * Follow procedures for participants who are absent without leave (AWOL).
     * Report any issues or policy breaches to supervisors.
     * Manage conflicts and crises with supportive strategies.
     * Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
     * Perform other relevant duties as needed.

Leadership
     * Offer guidance and support to team members.
     * Uphold positive role modeling and demonstrate agency values.
     * Communicate effectively with the multidisciplinary team when required.
