Administrative SupportEGADZ
The Saskatoon Downtown Youth Centre Inc. - EGADZ requires an Administrative Support interested in a Full-Time position within EGADZ.

EGADZ is an inter-agency, non-profit organization whose purpose is to provide services for hard to serve youth in Saskatoon with the mission to encourage and support them to make choices that improve their quality of life.

The Administrative Support is responsible for contributing to and overseeing the efficient day to day operations of the organization, specifically of that within designated programming. Duties include; facilitating interviews, recruitment, reporting and stat keeping and planning and training for the organization.
Qualifications:

Post-secondary education in the human services field, equivalent experience or a combination of both
Demonstrate and practice a healthy lifestyle
Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with youth, staff and partnering agencies and maintain strict confidentiality and appropriate boundaries
Knowledge of other agencies and resources within our community
Ability to express ideas and concepts effectively in an oral and written form
Working knowledge of computers/windows/databases
Knowledge of Indigenous and culture and issues
Experience in administrative or clerical activities is an added advantage
Must have a valid drivers license that reflects a safe driving record - A Driver's Abstract is Required (Within 3 Months)
Criminal Records Check including Vulnerable Persons (Within 6 Months)

Starting Wage $23.10
