- First contact with new and existing clients for SGI motor license issuing (plate registration, drivers licenses, etc)
- Answer inbound calls
- Accurate data entry
- Educate customers/clients on SGI Auto Fund policy, procedure, and products
- Assist with preparing insurance documents such as renewals, changes, and quotes
- Reach clients in person, by phone, and email to review existing coverages and develop new business
- Collecting payments and producing invoices
- Assist with various other office functions as needed
- Reconciling of billing statements and payments
Requirements
- Professional communication skills, both verbal and written
- Positive & professional demeanor
- Excellent organizational and computer skills
- Able to multi-task while working with others
- Acceptable criminal record check
- Grade 12 or equivalent required
- SGI issuing experience, auto licence/level 1 license, or sales experience an asset
- EPIC software knowledge an asset
