Lake Country Co-op invites applications for the position of full time Kitchen & Interior Design Specialist (Professional Services) based out of our Homes by Lake Country location near Prince Albert, Saskatchewan.

What youll do:
Demonstrate the behaviors and actions to support Lake Country Co-operatives vision, mission, values, and safety principles to make a difference in members lives, with a strong customer focused approach
Specialize in planning, designing and implementing layouts for kitchens and interior spaces considering client lifestyles, habits, budget, and aesthetic desires managing projects from inception to completion
Create designs using computer-aided design software (2020 Design) that are visually pleasing and functional considering every detail from floor plan to storage solutions, appliances, cabinetry, countertops, lighting, and materials, fixtures and finishes and all other elements of the design concept
Manage relationships with clients to understand their needs, manage their expectations and projects, and deliver an exceptional customer experience
Provide accurate and timely design recommendations and estimates managing plans, budgets, and problems while ensuring even the tiniest details are considered
Coordinate with contractors and other professionals and address challenges that arise during construction, installation or renovation
Stay current on industry trends and product developments
Provide Legendary Service at all touch points through various communication channels
Adhere to the Safety Management and Asset Protection systems, policies, procedures, records, and training requirements and lead this program by example
Perform other duties as assigned
