Conduct ongoing All Hazard and Risk Planning, Assessments, and table-top exercises.
Support LLRIB Emergency Management through the four pillars of emergency management Mitigation, Preparedness, Response, and
Update emergency response plans, and build contingency plans for 6 LLRIB communities; La Ronge, Grandmothers Bay, Stanley Mission, Sucker River, Hall Lake, and Little Red River
Instruct Medical First Responders, First/Aid CPR, and Mask fit testing, , while maintaining documentation for Human Resources files.
Assist community First Responders groups in sustaining functional services in outlying
Maintain health surveillance of smoke/fire conditions and other
Coordinate community awareness of Basic Life support skills through
Coordinate health debriefings and lessons learned post
Network with industry stakeholders and providers to keep communities abreast of industry changes and challenges;
Be familiar with Indigenous Services Canada EMAP and Fire Smart Programs.Be Familiar with the Incident Command System.Have experience in fire department operations

Must have experience in delivering and facilitating training programs to large and small groups
Instructor credentials in First Aid/CPR, Medical First Responder or willing to obtain certification;
Experience in handling and debriefing emergency/trauma situations is an asset;
Strong interpersonal, organizational, communication, public relations and problem-solving skills;
Demonstrated ability to prepare written reports;
Experience working with First Nations communities is an asset;
