Description

The File Hills QuAppelle Tribal Council is a dynamic and progressive organization that provides a range of programs and health services to serve the eleven First Nations throughout Southern Saskatchewan within the Treaty Four Territory.  The position is based at the All Nations Healing Hospital, located in Fort QuAppelle, SK.  
Reporting to the Executive Director, or her designate, the Administrative Assistant will be responsible for all aspects of administrative duties within the department of Health Services.  This position will also provide occasional support to services across the facility.

    Office administration and clerical procedures
    Record keeping and document management
    Analytical skills with attention to detail
    Problem solving skills
    Excellent oral and written communication.
    Demonstrated ability to work in a confidential environment
    Excellent interpersonal skills
    Proficient working knowledge of various software programs (i.e. Word, Excel, Access)
    Ability to learn new skills
    Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently
    Demonstrated knowledge and respect of, and ability to work within First Nations Traditional and Spiritual Institutes

Qualifications
    Certificate in Business Administration from a recognized post secondary institute, plus two years related experience.
    Must possess valid drivers license and transportation.
    Clean Criminal Record Check.
