Prepare and serve nutritious snacks and lunch for up to 42 children each day. Menu planning that reflects all nutritional requirements. Prepare grocery lists and maintain inventory of food and supplies.
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen including all storage areas. Wash and sanitize all dishes and clean the entire kitchen and appliances throughout the day.
Ensure hygiene and safe food handling procedures are being followed. Follow all applicable operational policies and procedures. Establish collaborative relationships with children, parents, coworkers and RCC's Board of Directors.
Other duties as assigned by the Centre Director.
