Red Circle Planning Group (RCPG) ensures First Nation Community Planners/Navigators have the tools and support needed to succeed in developing and implementing Comprehensive Community Plans. RCPG manages the Saskatchewan Mentorship Program and delivers training events.
Responsibilities:
Facilitate communication between mentors, community navigators, and managers
Schedule and coordinate meetings, training, and events
Develop reports, memos, and planning documents
Manage a virtual filing system and maintain records
Create and distribute newsletters to stakeholders
Track statistics and mentor/mentee meeting outcomes
Manage office supplies and assist in maintaining a professional workspace
Respond to inquiries and direct them appropriately
Compile and report on work performed monthly
Support planning and coordination of quarterly meetings and training
Qualifications:
Must be between 19 and 30 years of age
High School Diploma or equivalent (Post-secondary in Office Administration is an asset)
Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to multi-task, work independently, and meet deadlines
Understanding of First Nations culture, traditions, and community-led planning initiatives
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and database management
Valid Saskatchewan Drivers License and reliable vehicle
Criminal Record Check and Vulnerable Sector Check required
Working Conditions:
Primarily remote with some in-office duties
Travel required, including in inclement weather
Flexible work hours
