Description

Summary: Motivated seasonal bartender/server/ beer cart attendant committed to preparing an assortment of drinks, working with General Manager, cooks, and proshop staff to ensure top notch customer service, catering to large tournaments and bookings, inventory reporting, serving beverages, mixing drinks, ensure members and players have a positive dining experience, able to work under pressure. This position works independently and as a team. Cash Handling and customer service daily activities.

MUST BE AVAILABLE APRIL 25 - OCT 15th CONSECUTIVELY FOR ALL SHIFT (7 DAYS A WEEK MORNING AND EVENING SHIFTS)

Responsibilities:
1. Beverage preparation
2. Stock supplies
3. Maintain a clean work area
4. Knowledgeable in mixing drinks  
5. Lift moderate to heavy weights.
6. Customer Service
7. Ability to work quickly with minimal supervision.
8. Cash handling, Point of Sale system use
9. Serving experience - mixed drinks, taking orders, customer service

Qualifications:
1. Grade 12 or equivalent.
2. Knowledge of golf/golf course etiquette
3. Good interpersonal skills.
4. Good communication (oral and written) skills.
5. MUST HAVE FOOD SAFE CERTIFICATION
6. MUST HAVE SERVE IT RIGHT CERTIFICATION

Knowledge, Abilities and Skills:
Prior positive experience in Customer Service, with current references.
At least 19 years of age or older
Must be able to perform physical aspects of the job, such as long hours, walking or standing, driving the beverage carts, carrying trays of food, etc.
Prior restaurant experience is preferred, but our biggest requirement is a dedication to customer service and a professional attitude.
