We are looking for a dynamic leader to join 3sHealths Senior Leadership Team as the Vice-president of Innovation, People, and Culture. Reporting directly to the CEO of 3sHealth, this position plays a key role in shaping our organizational culture, supporting our people, driving strategic planning, and ensuring operational excellence with our Provincial Dictation and Transcription Services service line and initiatives.
The Vice-president of Innovation, People, and Culture will drive success by:
- Providing strategic oversight and leadership for Provincial Dictation and Transcription Services, Continuous Improvement, and Human Resources, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Working with health-sector partners by actively participating in provincial and internal committees, working groups, and forums, such as: the Health Human Resources Network; VPs of Quality, Safety, and Lean; the Accountability Working Group; Saskatchewan Healthcare Employees Pension Plan Employer Partner Committee; and the Partnership Oversight Committee.
What We're Looking For:
- Masters in Business Administration, Human Resources, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience;
- Formal leadership certification or training and 8+ years in a leadership position, managing cross-functional teams in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment;
- Professional designations, such as CPHR, is an asset;
- Certification as a LEAN Leader or willingness to be certified; and
- Pension/benefits and trustee experience would be an asset.
