Jeffs Crestwear is a small, locally owned company, specializing in custom screen printing and embroidery services. We are looking for a full-time office administrator to help support the needs of management at the front end of the business. We need someone with a positive attitude and good sense of humor when dealing with customers and colleagues. This position will require someone who is also very flexible and willing to assist in other areas of the workplace when needed.
Main Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls & emails
- Assisting management with office support
- Order processing & data entry
- Invoicing & collecting payments
- Reception duties such as photocopying, scanning and filing
- In-person customer assistance
- Keeping the workplace tidy & organized
Requirements:
High school diploma, GED or equivalent
Strong computer skills
Ability to work as a team and independently
Exceptional communication & customer service skills
Good at time management & multitasking
