Description

At Aryze Design, we provide marketing design memberships and websites for financial advisors and wealth management firms. Were seeking a detail-oriented Webflow Web Designer to craft polished, responsive websites and contribute to cohesive marketing materials.

Responsibilities:

Design and develop Webflow websites, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
Optimize websites for SEO, performance, and responsiveness, using a Client First approach.
Create digital and print marketing materials, including social media graphics, newsletters, and branding assets.
Support campaigns with copywriting, email marketing, and content creation.
Assist with administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

Proven Web Designer with a strong portfolio demonstrating attention to detail, visual hierarchy, and color theory.
Proficiency in Webflow, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat), and MAC OS.
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and UI/UX principles.
Familiarity with marketing tools (Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Search Console, Buffer, Meta Business Suite, ConvertKit) is a plus.
Excellent communication skills and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation/Benefits:

Salary based on experience.
Hybrid/Remote work arrangement.
12 vacation days plus statutory holidays.

Schedule:

Monday to Friday, full-time (37.5 hours/week).

Requirements:

Bachelors Degree.
2+ years of experience (required).

Expected start: Within 2 weeks of acceptance.
