Description

We are looking for an experienced full-time caregiver(s) required for our daughter, a young woman (31) with a complex physical disability.

Full-time position is MONDAY to FRIDAY 8:30am - 5:00pm.
Part-time position would be a couple hours in the evening (7 to 9pm).

Please specify your preference.  If you are on a study permit, please remember that you are only allowed to work 24 hours per week. If on permit, please send a copy.


You must include the DATES and LOCATIONS of education and previous employment in your resume. Resume must contain current references.

Young woman lives in family home (not a care facility).  

We require a FEMALE care worker that is experienced in personal care.  Applicant must have experience completing personal care duties (bathing, washing, dressing, feeding, medication administration, physiotherapy, etc.). Applicant must be kind, thoughtful, honest, trustworthy, reliable, responsible and dependable! Also, you must become a good companion!
Applicant MUST have current CPR and TLR training.

Duties to include all physical care including transfers with ceiling lift (wheelchair to bed, etc), bathing, physio, dressing, meals, and other housekeeping duties.

We live close to the University. Candidates must live in Regina and have reliable transportation.  Candidates must be fluent in English. As well, the successful candidate will need to provide a Criminal Check and a Vulnerable Persons Check.

Successful candidate will accompany young woman to activities in the community using Para-transit.
