At Pattison Ag we seek talent ready to GROW, CONNECT & EVOLVE with us! We are looking for a Parts Tech to join our fast-paced, energetic dealership in Swift Current. Will be rotational days/evenings shift, 8hrs/day, may be scheduled M-F between 5am-11pm. Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Assist all customers with locating parts & placing orders
- Suggest additional items as recommended
- Assist in all areas such as tidying/stocking
- Receive/count inventory
- Build/maintain customer & coworker relationships
- Participate in training to develop skills/knowledge
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills
- Ag parts/machinery knowledge
- Strong Interpersonal/teamwork skills
- Experience working with software systems
- Ability to lift heavy parts
- Valid drivers license
- Work flexible/extended hours & weekends
- Farming background/experience an asset
- 2+ yrs experience in a Parts environment
- Red Seal in Parts an asset
