In this role, you will:
- Ensuring compliance of the supply chain with regulations by defining and maintaining governance frameworks, defining processes and controls
- Analytics, including departmental key performance indicator reporting, annual reporting, as well as ad hoc reporting requirements, including infographics and/or dashboard utilization
- Taking ownership of supply chain tools and their development and continuous improvement
- Managing projects as required and ensuring proper communication, training and documentation is executed
- Supporting the strategic sourcing group and procurement specialists in understanding and applying the frameworks
- Leading and facilitating workshops and communicating with large groups
- Monitoring one or more functional groups within SCMs performance
- Working with functional areas to map processes and identify problem areas using Lean methodologies while identifying gaps in documentation
- Supporting risk management, vendor management and the corrective action process and quality management activities within SCM
Required:
- A bachelors degree in business, commerce, or in a related field
- Minimum of five years of supply chain experience
- Equivalent combination of education and work experience considered
- Certification in Lean green belt, Six Sigma black belt, SCMP, PMP, CPIM or Change Management
- Experience with SAP or similar ERP system
