The Asphalt Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the safe planning, organization, training, and leadership necessary to achieve company objectives in cost management, profitability, sales, employee retention, and client satisfaction. This role may require working outside of regular business hours and necessitates travel as needed to fulfill job responsibilities.
Key responsibilities include:
Safety and Performance Evaluation: Regularly assess and evaluate employee safety, production levels, resource allocation, and cost control.
Continuous Improvement: Demonstrate a commitment to learning and continuous improvement.
Collaboration: Work with other crews and divisions to ensure seamless operation of all company assets.
Professional Representation: Represent the company professionally both on and off the job, ensuring positive interactions with the public and clients.
This is a full-time, seasonal position. As the Asphalt Maintenance Supervisor, your duties include, but are not limited to:
Driving and operating Patch Trucks
Operating Power Mobile Equipment
Performing Crack Filling in both asphalt and concrete, including all related tasks
Conducting Slurry Sealing, including batching seal and all related tasks
