As an Automotive Service Advisor, you are key in providing outstanding customer service, expert advice, and efficient support. Your primary role is to assist clients and ensure they have a smooth, positive experience.

Responsibilities:

Listening & Assessment:
Listen closely to customers vehicle issues and take detailed notes to communicate effectively with technicians.

Warranty & Coverage Verification:
Verify warranty or insurance coverage and provide clear estimates for repairs.

Effective Communication:
Explain repair processes clearly, ensuring clients understand expectations and the work needed.

Collaboration & Resolution:
Work with the team to ensure quick and efficient resolutions, coordinating between customers and technicians.

Customer Service Excellence:
Build lasting relationships by addressing client concerns and ensuring satisfaction.

Skills & Qualifications:

Strong customer service skills and a friendly demeanor.
Ability to lift 25-30 lbs.
