Are you highly organized and detail-oriented? Do you take pride in keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes? Advantage Collision Prince Albert is looking for a Shipping & Receiving Clerk to manage incoming and outgoing parts for our fast-paced auto body shop.

About Us
Advantage Collision is a leading SGI Accredited auto body repair shop, committed to precision, efficiency, and top-quality repairs. Our Shipping & Receiving Clerk plays a key role in ensuring repairs are completed on time by managing parts efficiently and accurately.
What Youll Do
Receive, inspect, and verify incoming parts and materials.
Accurately label, organize, and store parts for quick retrieval.
Process invoices, track inventory, and manage returns.
Ensure timely delivery of parts to technicians.
Communicate with vendors, technicians, and estimators to resolve issues.
What Were Looking For
Experience in shipping & receiving, inventory management, or automotive parts is preferred.
A Valid Class 5 Driver's License is a must.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with Bodyshopconnect or other shop management software (an asset but not required).
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
