We are hiring a Landscape LEAD. This position requires AT LEAST 1+ year of experience with landscaping or a related position AND a drivers license:

-being able to show up to work on time

-take action when given instructions

-the will to learn or improve

-how to use basic tools

-read landscape designs, job packets & other plans (fluent English)

-when to use the above skills

-why to use the above skills

-be able to TEACH & LEAD others on how to do all of the above

-aim to improve yourself AND others too!

-PLUS all the skills & requirements listed below

-operating equipment (Open to teaching this as well)

-laying stone, brick & other hardscapes

-use of power tools

-effective LEADING capabilities (ability to answer others questions, coach, INSPIRE, collaborate & work well with others

*STARTING pay is $20/hr (or higher with appropriate experience) & the position max is $30/hr*

Season runs May-November
