Description

Responsible for the oversight and management of the Gas Bar/C-store and Carwash.
    Establish short-term strategies, goals, and objectives for the store in alignment with the strategic plan.
    Oversee adherence to brand and merchandising standards, marketing efforts, image standards, financial management, safety and asset protection.
    Responsible to ensure consistent and profitable operations with the goal of continually improving operations.
    Purchase and market convenience store merchandise and manage relationships with vendors. Coaches team members, providing day to day direction and guidance, including performance management, training, and development.
    Manage expenses according to budget while maintaining revenue and superior customer service.
    Ensure adherence to all regulations, Company, H&S, Loss Prevention policies and procedures.

Who you are:
You are looking for a career in Retail Store Operations and:
    Have High School Diploma
    6  9 years of relevant experience, including 3 years of leadership experience.
    Excellent customer service skills & high housekeeping standards.
    Strong interpersonal skills that allow one to work effectively in a diverse environment.
    Ability to deal with people tactfully, and professionally.
    High level of integrity and work ethic.
    Work flexible hours including days, evenings, and weekends.
    Ability to solve problems.
    Ability to lift 60 lbs.
    Must be bondable.
