Our client, a leading financial services provider, is seeking a Customer service to join their team.

Location: Saskatoon SK (Fully Remote/ must be resident of Saskatoon)
Pay Range: $20.00 hourly
Duration: 6 months possible for extension
Working hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm
What's the Job?
Advise clients on reimbursements and chargebacks by phone
Process reimbursements/chargebacks while maintaining service levels.
Use standard scripting to mitigate reputational risk when interacting with clients.
Collaborate with partners to resolve reimbursement/investigation cases.
Provide branches with instructions using standard templates.
Update a data and document actions and resolutions accurately using standard processes.
Use policy knowledge to make quick, appropriate decisions.
Monitor unusual activity using applications like COINS/COLT, PRM, IBCS, IRIS; manage priorities with Excel and Outlook.
Manage workload efficiently throughout the workday.
Provide customer service by phone, conveying information on suspected fraudulent activity while adhering to privacy policies.
