Job Description: Reporting to the Manager, Maternal & Childrens Clinical Integration, the Maternal and Childrens Outreach Coordinator is responsible for the development, coordination, implementation and evaluation of Maternal and Childrens Provincial Programs education, quality improvement, clinical benchmarks, safety, and service delivery initiatives.

Experience
- 3 years of recent experience in perinatal/obs and/or pediatric nursing
- 1 year experience in program/resource development
- 1 year previous experience in adult education
Education
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN)
Other Education and Training
- Master of Health Administration is acceptable
- Instructor trainer certification preferred eg) FHS, NRP, PEARs, PALS
- CNA certificate in clinical practice area is an asset
- Master of Nursing is acceptable
- Basic Life Support Certificate (BLS)
- Eligibility to pursue or current instructor certification is required
- Nursing diploma is acceptable
